CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life happens and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Although there is no cancellation fee at this time, repeated last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or lack of communication may result in restricted future booking access. Appointments more than 15 minutes late may be canceled or rescheduled to avoid disrupting the schedule for other clients. Clients who cancel or is canceled same-day may be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments.
