CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, Deposit & Late Policy A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service balance. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment, no-call/no-shows, or appointments canceled due to arriving more than 15 minutes late. Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 12 hours and no-call/no-shows will result in a 30% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment canceled or rescheduled to avoid disrupting the schedule. If your appointment cannot be completed due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited and a cancellation fee may apply. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
