CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation, Deposit & Late Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service total, in addition to forfeiture of your deposit. No-call/no-shows and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered cancellations. Your appointment will be canceled, your deposit will be forfeited, and the 30% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation fees must be paid before booking future appointments. For shorter services that do not require a deposit, a 3–5 minute grace period applies.
